We are so confident in the quality of our workmanship that we offer a three year warranty on all labor performed by Shoreline during the process of turning the house you have into the home you want.

Shoreline Custom Home Renovations will correct any defect due to workmanship or defects which occur within three years with respect to materials from the date of completion of the job. All warranties provided by the manufacturer will be provided to the homeowner. This warranty is void if normal routine maintenance is not performed by the homeowner. Shoreline must be contacted immediately if a warranty issue is found. Normal wear and tear is not considered part of this warranty.
